Welcome to Sparks Sign Company. By accessing our website at https://sparkssign.co, requesting a quote, or engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Estimates

Sparks Sign Company provides custom signage design, fabrication, and installation. All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work or material costs change significantly before a deposit is placed.

2. Design & Client Approval

• Proofing: We will provide a digital proof for all custom work. It is the client’s responsibility to review all spelling, colors, dimensions, and layout details.
• Final Approval: Once a proof is approved (via email, text, or signature), Sparks Sign Company is not responsible for errors present in the approved design. Any changes requested after production has begun will incur additional fees.

3. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging

By opting into our messaging program, you agree to the following:

• Program Description: We send text messages regarding project status, design approvals, installation scheduling, and occasional promotional offers.
• Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, text STOP to (251) 291-0208.
• Support: Text HELP to (251) 291-0208 for assistance. This may result in a follow-up phone call from our staff.
• Fees: Message and data rates may apply.
• Liability: Neither Sparks Sign Company nor the mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Payment Terms

We require a 50% deposit to begin production on any custom signage. The remaining balance is due after approved completion and prior to installation. Late payments may be subject to a fee.

5. Permitting & Installation

• Permits: Unless explicitly stated in the contract, the client is responsible for obtaining all necessary local permits and ensuring compliance with zoning laws.
• Site Readiness: For installations, the client must ensure the site is accessible and clear of obstructions at the scheduled time.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and mockups created by Sparks Sign Company remain our intellectual property until the final invoice is paid in full, at which point ownership of the final design (but not necessarily the underlying trade secrets or software files) transfers to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparks Sign Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
